We have Open Homes on Saturdays and after hours if need be, to ensure maximum exposure to your property. We have Property Managers in the office on Saturdays for any enquiries that may come in and can assist you with. We conduct Private Inspections during the week as necessary as well as midweek Open Homes to assist in the speedy sourcing of new tenants.

This means that our Property Managers are able to focus full time on our existing landlords and tenants and the day to day performance and needs of your property.
Your property will be advertised on 8 websites including 2 social media outlets. These sites provide vast exposure and up to date information for tenants who can view your property in many different formats.
We take professional photos for the externals of all our properties. The initial impact and impression that tenants have of your property can have a massive effect. Remember you only get one chance for a first impression. We also take a number of internal photos to best show off your property.
A professional For Lease sign board will be erected at the property. This helps to identify your property but also catches the passive tenants who may live in the area or are driving past and could be attracted to your property from the outside.
Our rental list is updated every day, this is available from our office and we update our facebook sites regularly too.
Our exclusive Rent Event
This is an event that is conducted on a regular basis and showcases all of our available rental properties. It is an extra chance for landlords to promote their properties to the widest possible database of tenants and for tenants to view as many possible properties in the one day.
